We currently ship within the U.S. only, but we’re working toward offering international shipping in the future.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your Kpop Collect package every step of the way.
All boxes are shipped via FedEx / UPS and typically arrive within 2–3 business days after they’re sent out.
We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at lorena@kpopcollect.com with your order number and reason for return — we’ll take care of you from there.

Some bundle items are also sold as standalone products, while others are exclusive to the bundle collection.
Many bundle items and official merchandise are limited edition and may not be restocked once sold out. Some products, however, are restocked periodically depending on availability.
All albums and photocards we sell are 100% official and sourced directly from verified distributors.
